The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 68 of 2025, under Section 8/20 of NDPS Act and Sections 61(2), 319(2), 318(4) of BNS, P.S.- Kandawa, District- Chandauli, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant is the owner of magic vehicle which was ceased by the police from wherein the contraband (127 Kg. Ganza) is recovered from the two persons. The FIR is lodged on 28.07.2025 against two co-accused, who have been arrested by the police on 28.07.2025.
