The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 144 of 2026, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 324(4), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1) BNS, P.S.- Khalilabad, District- Sant Kabir Nagar. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the case belatedly on 06.03.2026 by the informant. The allegation is that the accused-applicant has taken the informant to the house of co-accused Pradhan, Krishna Chandra Pandey, wherein the informant was abducted, beaten and released thereafter and the role of firing at the informant is on Pradhan Krishna Chandra Pandey.
