This application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.304 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 117(2), 121(2), 132, 223(B) B.N.S. and section 7 Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, Police Station Nakhasa, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the first information report and has been falsely implicated in the present case. As per the allegations in the first information report 100 to 150 unknown persons are alleged to have assaulted the police personnel. The applicant was identified on the basis of C.C.T.V. footage.
