Heard Sri Amit Daga, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri Sachin Kumar, learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Mayank, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicants to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 111 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1) BNS, P.S.- Jait, District- Mathura. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that the accused-applicants have been falsely implicated in the F.I.R. dated 09.02.2026, wherein the accused-applicants were stated to have disrupted the panchayat proceedings on 08.02.2026, when co-accused Surendra alias Swaraj has opened the fire at the informant and his relatives. He submits that the dispute is in respect to transfer of some property, wh
