The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 102 of 2026, under Sections 69, 352, 351(3), 115(2), 89 of the B.N.S., 2023, Police Station – Chiluataal, District Gorakhpur, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and seeks anticipatory bail on the following grounds :- i. The applicant never made any false promise of marriage. ii. The victim is a married woman, who is contesting proceedings for divorce against her husband and before divorce, there cannot be any marriage. Till date, no divorce has
