The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 305 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109 BNS, P.S.- Sikandarpur Vaishya, District- Kasganj. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that in a cross- fight between the two factions of the same village, the police has lodged the F.I.R. on 27.11.2025 against 37 named and 50-60 unknown persons. The accused-applicant is named in the F.I.R. No specific role has been assigned against him in the F.I.R.
