The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 102/2024, under Sections 323, 506, 386 IPC and Section 66ई of I.T. It is the contention of learned counsel for applicant that the FIR has been lodged on 10.04.2024 by informant with the allegation that the accused applicant who are of same village had shot indecent video which was stated to be made viral and on this pretext they have extorted money from the informant.
