The present anticipatory application has been moved by the applicant for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 308, 354, 506 IPC in Case Crime No.149 of 2015, Police Station- Karma, District Sonbhadra. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated by the informant through F.I.R. dated 17.06.2015 with the allegation that the accused-applicant and co- accused have beaten the informant and another person, who had entered in the forest to collect the wood.
