The present anticipatory application has been moved by the applicant for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 109(1) of BNS in Case Crime No.76 of 2026, Police Station- Cholapur, District Varuna (Commissionerate Varanasi). 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the matter pertains to road rage. The F.I.R. is lodged on 21.02.2026 against five named accused including the applicant. The matter was of toll plaza, where the accused-applicant were shown to be the occupants of two cars, who intercepted son of informant and beaten him with lathi, danda and hockey. 8 injuries were reported.
