The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 13 of 2019, under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 477A, 120-B, 34 IPC, P.S.- Varanasi Sector (E.O.W.), District- Varanasi, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicant is Kotedar, who was entrusted with the direction to provide ration to the labours. The matter is of financial year 2004-05 wherein the role attributed upon the accused applicant is not providing the ration to the genuine persons but thumb impression of fake persons have been taken.
