The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.286 of 2024, under Section 105 B.N.S. 2023, Police Station- Khurja Dehat, District- Bulandshahr, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the above-mentioned case. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. Although, the applicant was nominated in the First Information Report, however, during investigation, the applicant was found innocent as in the CCTV footage, the applicant was not last seen in the company of the deceased and the deceased was seen going on a motorcycle with the co-accused Amit.
