The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0242 of 2024, under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 319(2) BNS, P.S.- Walterganj, District- Basti. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant is the owner of the truck. The FIR is lodged against the accused on 19.11.2024 for the incident of 08.11.2024 wherein it is averred that the accused applicant being the owner of the truck had taken away the truck as well as 1615 bags of rice [419.90 quintal].
