The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 491 of 2025, under Sections 333, 109(1), 115(2), 352 BNS, P.S.- Nakur, District- Saharanpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that there was an altercation between the wife of applicant and the ladies of the neighbourhood which led to lodging of FIR on 01.11.2025 with the allegation that the accused applicants have opened fire while entering the house of informant.
