The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 19 of 2024, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 325, 308 IPC, P.S.- Reona, District- Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the accused applicant that the FIR has been lodged by opposite party no. 2 belatedly on 31.01.2024 for the incident of 29.01.2024. On the initial medico legal report, the FIR is lodged for offence of voluntary causing of hurt. Further medical treatment, it is found that there is the fracture of parietal bone.
