The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 249 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 319(2) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 66(C) and 66(D) of Information Technology Act, P.S.- Nizamabad, District- Azamgarh, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant is a labour whose account has surreptitiously been operated by some miscreants without his knowledge. He missed the mobile number which was attached to the account.
