The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 015 of 2020, under Sections 409, 467, 468, 471, 477A, 120B IPC, P.S.- Varanasi Sector (EOW), District- Varanasi. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused applicant that belated FIR has been lodged on 07.10.2020 for the incident occurred in the year 2004-05. The accused applicant is not named in the FIR. There was infirmities found in 47 government run scheme. During investigation, the name of accused applicant is reflected being the Kotedar, who was provided with the ration for distributing the same labours engaged in the work.
