The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant him anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 797/2021, under Sections 457, 380 IPC, P.S.- Loni Border, District- Ghaziabad. 3. It is the contention of learned counsel for applicant that the informant- opposite party no. 2 has lodged the FIR on 03.09.2021 for the allegation of theft in her house committed by two named and one anonymous person. It is the allegation in the FIR that on 20.11.2020 the applicants along with two other persons entered the house of the informant when her husband was in the house and was ill.
