The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant him anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 284 of 2024, under Sections 318(3), 318(4), 336(3) of BNS and Section 15(3) The Indian Medical Council Act 1956, P.S.- Maudaha, District- Hamirpur. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused applicant that the Medical Officer of District- Hamirpur has lodged the FIR on 15.07.2024 in the raid conducted by him on the medical shop of accused applicant with the allegation that the accused was practicing medicine and prescribed medicine to the persons.
