The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime No.108 of 2025, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station- Deoband, District- Saharanpur, with a prayer to enlarge them on anticipatory bail as the applicants apprehend their arrest in the above-mentioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case. Similarly situated co-accused Anzar and Rais have been enlarged on anticipatory bail by this Court vide its orders dated 26.02.2026 and 30.03.2026 passed in CRIMINAL MISC.
