Heard Learned counsel for the applicant, Learned A.G.A. for the State and Shri Uma Dutt Shukla, Learned counsel for the informant as well as perused the record. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.532/2025, under Sections 85, 351(3), 352, 80(2) BNS and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Malpura, District Agra, with a prayer to enlarge her on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends her arrest in the abovementioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The deceased and the son of the applicant were married in a community event. The applicant and her family are poor labourers, who never demanded any dowry. The deceased took her own life within seven months of marriage due to poor financial condition
