The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 139 of 2014 (Vijendra Kumar Vs. Sabir), under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 BNS, P.S. Syana, District Bulandshahar during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the present Pradhan has move an application under Section 156(3) CrPC before the court of Magistrate at Bulandshahar with the allegation that the applicant has manipulated the Patta in the year 1998 and therefore, is in possession of the land on the basis of forged document. The application is converted to a complaint under Section 200 CrPC.
