The present anticipatory bail application, has been filed by the applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0533 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 319, 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) BNS, Police Station Mariyahun, District Jaunpur, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is alleged in the FIR dated 26.11.2025 lodged by opposite party no.2 that the applicant has fraudulently created a death certificate of his maternal- grand-father (Nana) to usurp the property. The informant is cousin brother of mother of accused/applicant. It is submitted that the FIR is lodged through an application under Section 175(4) BNSS wherein false allegation have been levelled.
