The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no.1206 of 2025, under Sections 420, 467,468, 471 of IPC, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Bulandshahr, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on anticipatory bail. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the allegation in the FIR is use of fabricated certificate of freedom fighter for getting job. The applicant did not obtain any benefit from the alleged document, which was found to be forged one. Further submitted that the grand father of the applicant got prepared a certificate of freedom fighter in the year 2015 and he passed away in the year 2017. The applicant is having no knowledge about the genuineness
