The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in F.I.R./Case Crime No.33 of 2026, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3) BNS (corresponding Sections 420, 467, 468 IPC), Police Station Shahpur, District Gorakhpur with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail during trial. 4.
