Maurya, learned AGA-I for the State apprised the Court that he has received the instructions, therefore, instant anticipatory bail application may be finally disposed off. 2. Heard Sri Rajiv Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant and Dr. S.B. Maurya, learned AGA-I and Sri Shiv Babu, learned brief holder for the State. 3. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in F.I.R./Case Crime No.657 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 316(5), 61(2) BNS, Police Station Kotwali Karwi, District Chitrakoot with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail during trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however as per allegation Rs.4,42,296/- were transferred in the bank account of the applicant and therefore applicant also involved in commission of the alleged crime of cheating and fraud but
