Heard Sri Rajiv Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant and Dr. S.B. Maurya, learned AGA-I and Sri Shiv Babu, learned brief holder for the State. 3. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in F.I.R./Case Crime No.657 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 316(5), 61(2) BNS, Police Station Kotwali Karwi, District Chitrakoot with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail during trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however as per allegation Rs.4,42,296/- were transferred in the bank account of the applicant and therefore applicant also involved in commission of the alleged crime of cheating and fraud but
