The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 245 of 2020, under Section 411 IPC, P.S. Kotwali, District Mathura, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the matter is of chain snatching. The informant has lodged the F.I.R. against two anonymous persons on 11.06.2020. The role attributed on the applicant is of purchasing the stolen gold jewellery from the miscreants. Further submits that during the investigation, the accused has not been arrested. The charge sheet is submitted. The accused runs a jewellery shop. He has no role to play in the matter. No recovery has been made from the accus
