The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 32 of 2026, under Sections 69, 89, 115(2), 351(3), 361(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, Police Station – T.P.Nagar, District Meerut, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 3.
