The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.666 of 2021, under Sections 363, 376, 342, 328, 120-B of I.P.C. and Section 3/4 and 16/17 of POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station- Quarsi, District- Aligarh, with a prayer to enlarge her on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends her arrest in the above- mentioned case. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a lady and has been falsely implicated in the present case with her brother.
