The present Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant - Krishan Autar Gupta in Case Crime No.6 of 2021, under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B I.P.C. and Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, Police Station - Satarkta Adhisthan, Bareilly Sector, District - Bareilly. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA and perused the material available on record. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that is 75 years old. The applicant was working as a Teacher having additional charge of store keeper at ITI, Chandausi. It is alleged that the applicant has purchased materials which were subsequently, found to be purchased from a firm, which was not in existence. The incident is of the year 2003. The applicant was retired in the year 2010
