The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.550 of 2024, under Section 296-B, 76 BNS, Police Station- Robertsganj, District Sonbhadra, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the abovementioned case. 3. The applicant was granted interim anticipatory bail by the order of this Court as the instructions had not been received by the Learned AGA. 4. Today, when the case has been called on, Learned AGA states that he has received instructions. 5. I have heard Learned counsel for the applicant and Learned AGA for the State. 6.
