Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 3. This application has been moved by the applicants seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 395 of 2020, under Sections 308, 324, 325, 323, 504 IPC, Police Station- Hayat Nagar, District- Sambhal. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is contended that although the applicants have been named in the First Information Report, no specific role has been assigned to the applicants. As per the injury report, the injured has sustained only two visible injuries.
