The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.33 of 2026, under Section 69 BNS, Police Station- Birno, District Ghazipur, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the abovementioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant and the victim were in a long standing relationship spanning seven years. The applicant and the victim were in a consensual relationship. The applicant never denied marriage. The applicant has no criminal antecedents and, if granted anticipatory bail, will not abscond or tamper with the
