This application has been moved by the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.168 of 2025, under Sections 316(2), 354 BNS, P.S. Kapsethi, District Varanasi, as the applicants apprehend their arrest in the above-mentioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is contended that the First Information Report was lodged against unknown persons with a delay of about eight days. The applicants have not been named in the FIR.
