The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.0019 of 2026 under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 109(1), 110 B.N.S., Police Station Baharia, District Ganganagar (Commissionerate Prayagraj), with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the abovementioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. A general role has been assigned to the applicant alongwith eight other named accused.
