The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 280 of 2023, under Sections 467, 468 and 471 IPC, Police Station Phoolpur, District Varanasi, during pendency of the trial. 3. There is no point of issuance of notice to opposite party no.2 as applicant gave assurance to return the remaining amount of Rs. 4 Lakhs to the opposite party no.2 within 60 days. 4. The allegation in the FIR dated 09.08.2023 is that the accused has taken certain amount from the opposite party no.2 for getting the Govt. Job. In all he has received Rs. 9.43 Lakhs.
