Heard learned counsel for the applicant; learned A.G.A. for the State; and Sri Dinesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the informant. 3. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 0008 of 2026, under Sections 376, 313 and 506 of the I.P.C., Police Station – Tajganj, District Agra, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 4. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and seeks anticipatory bail on the following grounds :- i. The applicant and the victim were in a consensual relationship and the applicant never made any false promise of marriage. ii. The applicant an
