The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.109 of 2025 under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Meja, District Prayagraj, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. Learned Senior counsel has contended that the allegation against the applicant is that he forged the gift deed.
