The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.197 of 2022, under Section 376D I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Doghat, District- Baghpat, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the above-mentioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He states that although the applicant was named in the First Information Report, during investigation a final report was submitted against him.
