The present application has been moved on behalf of applicants-Najaf Ali, Hasan Ali, Akram Abbas, Suhail Abbas and Hasan Abbas, seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 033 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 352, 131, 351(3), 109(1) of B.N.S., Police Station Jahangirabad, District Bulandshahr, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicants may be released on anticipatory bail. 4.
