The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.74 of 2026 under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 316(2), 336(3), 338, 352, 315(2) of B.N.S., 2023 Police Station Lanka, District Varanasi, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the matter relates to business transaction which has been dragged into criminal prosecution of the applicant. He further submits that till date investigation is going on and no police report has been submitted.
