The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 1427 of 2014 under Sections 419, 420 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Maharajganj, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that though charge sheet has been filed in the instant case long back upon which cognizance has also been taken. Learned counsel further argued that the applicant was not aware of initiation of proceedings against him, since the applicant is neither a beneficiary nor is a seller and that the civil dispute has been dragged into criminal prosecution of the applicant.
