The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.44 of 2010 under Sections 419, 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 469, 471, 34, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Kanpur Nagar with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the matter relates to business transaction which has been dragged into criminal prosecution of the applicant.
