The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.43 of 2026 under Sections 109(1), 3(5), 115(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S., Police Station Mubarakpur, District Azamgarh with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants has contended that the four accused are alleged to have assaulted, whereas there is only injured and it is not known as to who is the author of the injury.
