The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 112 of 2024, under Sections 2/3 Gangster Act, P.S.- Jahanabad, District- Pilibhit. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the gangster act has been invoked by the police on one base case. The applicant is having criminal history of 15 other cases of almost the same nature, wherein the allegation of cow slaughter act has been invoked against the accused-applicant.
