The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.10 of 2026, under Sections 69, 115(2), 352, 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Pashchim Sharira, District- Kaushambi, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the above-mentioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. There are differences in the statements recorded under Sections 180 and 183 BNSS, 2023.
