The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in F.I.R./Case Crime No.347 of 2025, under Section 74 of BNS and Sections 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station Kakore, District Bulandshahr with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail during trial. 4.
