The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.237 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64(1), 61(2) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 16/17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station- Etmaddaula, District- Agra, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the above-mentioned case. 3.
