The present anticipatory application has been moved by the applicant for the offence punishable under Sections 3/5A/8 Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 and Section 109(1) of BNS in Case Crime No.365 of 2025, Police Station- Kandhrapur, District Azamgarh. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated by the police in the case of cow slaughter and police encounter.
