The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.14 of 2026, under Sections 69, 351(3) of B.N.S. 2023, Police Station- Raniya, District- Kanpur Dehat, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the above-mentioned case. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case.
