The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.229 of 2025, under Section 108, 351(2) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station- Karchhana, District- Prayagraj, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the above-mentioned case. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The primary allegations are against the co-accused Rekha Pandey of trying to falsely implicate the deceased in a case under Section 376 I.P.C. by moving an application before the police.
